He’s passionate about building strong partnerships and delivering exceptional service, ensuring every client feels valued and supported.
Outside of work, Brian is an outdoor enthusiast who enjoys skiing, hiking, and kayaking. He’s also a loyal sports fan, proudly supporting Coventry City FC and the Vancouver Canucks.
Jose Antonio Pereira serves as the Director of Technology at Owner Relations, where he has played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s technical direction for over a decade. With more than 20 years of industry experience, Jose combines deep technical knowledge with a strong background in team leadership and strategic development.
In his current role, he oversees the entire development department, ensuring that every product continues to evolve in step with client needs and the company’s broader growth objectives. Jessica brings over a decade of experience in hospitality and customer service to her role at Owner Relations. With seven years in the timeshare hotel industry, she has developed a strong understanding of both client and owner needs.
Since joining Owner Relations four years ago, Jessica has played a key role in providing hands-on training and support—both onsite and remotely. She helps clients and internal teams navigate Owner Relations systems with clarity and confidence, and is known for her practical approach and reliability.
Outside of work, Jessica enjoys exploring the Sea to Sky region of British Columbia. Whether sea kayaking, ski touring, mountain biking, hiking, or camping, she finds balance and inspiration in the outdoors—values that carry through to her work: adaptability, persistence, and a love of learning.

He works closely with technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure that every integration not only meets operational needs but also aligns with long-term strategic goals.

MJ brings two decades of tech industry experience, with expertise spanning software development, test automation, team leadership, and project delivery. As Product & Release Manager, MJ supports the Director of Technology by helping ensure planned development work in each Sprint progresses on schedule. He contributes to feature development, release planning, and the preparation of Release Notes, helping teams stay coordinated and focused on shared goals.
Outside of work, MJ enjoys drawing, making music with his children, and hitting the slopes or skateparks, bringing creativity and energy into both work and life.
Frank is a Canadian Entrepreneur and founder of Owner Relations Technology. With over 30 years of hospitality experience, he is passionate about training clients and developing technology to enhance services and communication between property managers and the homeowners they serve.
When not assisting clients or planning new technology, Frank enjoys Skiing, Snowboarding, Mountain Biking, and golf.
Michael Warne is the Vice President of Infrastructure Engineering and a founding partner of OwnerRelations, where he has been central to shaping the company’s vision, technology foundation, and long‑term growth. From the earliest stages of the company, Michael played a defining role in building the core infrastructure, establishing engineering standards, and guiding OwnerRelations from concept to a scalable, resilient platform trusted by its partners.
